Mindful Moments: Bringing Awareness to Everyday Life – A practical guide to living more fully — one moment at a time
This book is not a programme. You do not need to read it from cover to cover, complete every activity, or set aside extra time in your already-busy day. It is designed to be dipped into — picked up when you have a moment, opened at any page, and returned to whenever you need a gentle reminder to come back to the present.
Each section focuses on a different part of your day or a different kind of activity. The practices inside range from a single mindful breath to a ten-minute guided meditation. Some will resonate with you immediately; others may not feel like a natural fit right now, and that is perfectly fine.
There is only one thing we ask: approach whatever you try with a spirit of curiosity rather than self-judgement. Mindfulness is not about doing it ‘right.’ It is about showing up — gently, honestly, and with as much kindness toward yourself as you can manage.
