This workbook includes several activities and external tools to help you identify the values that best suit you. We’ve also provided suggestions for integrating these values into your daily routine, making them a part of your identity.
Remember, values are not fixed. As you journey through life, we suggest revisiting your values to ensure they still align with your desired self and those of others.
