The CBT For Couples Workbook is a good place to start for those who are curious about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and how it can improve relationships.
This workbook is not designed to replace professional relationship/couples counselling, nor does it aim to give a complete guide to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). However, it is a good place to start for those who are curious about CBT and how it can improve relationships.
Please remain mindful that I only offer a snapshot of the many tools and techniques that working with a professional CBT Therapist can offer. This said, if you complete each exercise and practice the techniques provided, you will see improvements in your relationships.
I recommend that you work your way through the exercises herein in your own time, being sure to be honest and open in your responses to the questions and reflections as well as consciously practicing the techniques provided.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. My contact details are given on the last page of the booklet. If you would like to book an in-person or Zoom/Teams session with me, you can do so by following this link.
Go well
