This workbook isn’t a replacement for professional counselling/support but a helpful starting point for anyone seeking tools to begin understanding what healthy relationships are like.

Remember, this is just a glimpse into the many tools and techniques available through working with a professional therapist. However, by practising the techniques provided, you should notice improvements in your relationship.

Please work through the workbook at your own pace. Be honest and open in your responses to the questions and reflections, and consciously practise the techniques.
