This workbook isn’t a replacement for professional counselling but a helpful starting point for anyone seeking tools to begin understanding Emotional Intelligence.
Remember, this is just a glimpse into the many tools and techniques available through working with a professional therapist. However, by completing each exercise and practising the techniques provided you should notice improvements in your interpersonal skills and personal wellbeing.
Please work through the exercises at your own pace. Be honest and open in your responses to the questions and reflections and consciously practise the techniques.
