Supervision doesn’t only happen one-on-one. Learning alongside other counsellors — hearing how they work through similar challenges, being part of each other’s professional development — is its own kind of valuable, and often more cost-effective too.
Group supervision runs online via Zoom, in small groups, for 2 hours per session, $100 per person.
How it works
Groups are capped at a small number of participants so everyone gets real airtime, not just a seat in the room. Sessions follow the same STEP-UP model as my individual supervision — covering clinical practice, professional development, and (where it’s useful to the group) the practical realities of private practice: fees, referrals, building a sustainable caseload.
Who this is for
Group supervision suits counsellors who want the peer-learning element alongside professional supervision, or who are looking for a more affordable way to meet their supervision hours, whilst maintaining quality.
